親愛的朋友們，你們好！

我是莫棋凱，這麽多年來感謝那些曾經給過我們支持、批評和鼓勵的朋友們，因爲你們使得我們凱文設計變的更加奮進、更加完美，因爲你們使得我和我的團隊懂得了無論多難，都要將我們的夢想實現。因爲你們讓我們知道企業的前進需要勇氣更需要堅持！

十幾年前我立志要做個好設計師，將我所看到的、所學到的好的設計完整的導入更大的市場。之後我發現這個偉大的夢想靠我一人之力是不夠的，爲了實現這個夢想，我不停奔走于各個高等学院進行講學，告訴那些未來的設計学生們，我們的設計責任，應該爲大家做些什麽！

多年後，很多的學生告訴我市場競爭激烈化的今天，設計行業已經沒有那麽简单，很多老板更多的是侧重項目創造了多少利潤！爲了建立一個可以真正以設計改變生活爲使命的平台，爲了實現這個偉大的夢想所以我創辦了“凱文設計”，這家企業是因爲夢想而産生的，所以我們會以夢想爲航標，不斷遠行……

“凱文設計”是爲有夢想的設計師而創辦的，所有加入“凱文設計”的同事都必須認同我們的核心價值觀：“改變人居生活環境，推進空间進程。”我們要自己的設計爲大家創造出屬于自己的、有文化價值的、有可持續發展的、宜居的生活環境。一路走來雖然荊棘坎坷，但是我們仍然會不斷前行因爲夢在前方……

最後再次感謝那些嘲諷和鼓勵過我們的人們，因爲有你們，我們變的更加強大！感謝所有凱文設計服務過的客戶和正在服務的客戶們，感謝那些在幕後默默支持莫棋凱的人，其中包括正在看這遍文章的你。接下來的日子裏我仍然會帶領著我們的團隊繼續爲大家創造出更好的作品，因爲我們相信“設計改變未來……”

Hello, my dear friends!

I am Kevin Mo who delivers this speech to all of you. Sincere thanks are hereby expressed for all friends who give us support, criticism and encouragement over the years. Due to your help, KEVIN DESIGN becomes more progressive and perfect. Thanks to all of you, KEVIN DESIGN team and I really understand that it is necessary to realize our dreams regardless of difficulties. And all of you help us know that courage and persistence are a must for an enterprise to forge ahead.

A decade ago, I aspired to be a top designer and completely introduce the wonderful designs I saw and learned into the Chinese Mainland market. Afterwards, I thought it impossible for me to independently realize this great dream. In this regard, I visited various universities to give lectures, and told those students majoring in design what was the responsibility of our designers and what we should do for our motherland. Many years later, many students tell me that the current design industry hasn’t been so innocent in face of highly competitive market. Most of bosses are merely concerned about profits from projects! In order to establish a platform with mission of “design can be truly life-changing” and realize this great dream, I founded “KEVIN DESIGN”. This enterprise is really born for dream. So we embark on the winding path to follow the dream and constantly make great strides by leaps and bounds…

“KEVIN DESIGN” is wholly open for all excellent designers with dreams in the whole China. All employees, who join in “KEVIN DESIGN”, must agree with our core values, i.e., “Changing Compatriots’ Living Environment And Pushing Forward The Chinese People’s Inhabitation Progress”. KEVIN DESIGN must take advantage of design works to create exclusive livable environment with cultural value and sustainability for the Chinese people. Despite rugged and bumpy path, KEVIN DESIGN will still continuously march forward because the dream is on the horizon...

Finally, many thanks to those who ridicule and encourage us once again because they infuse KEVIN DESIGN more vitality! Many thanks to all customers served and being served by KEVIN DESIGN! And many thanks to those who support Kevin Mo behind the scenes, including you who are reading this article! In the future, I will still continuously lead our strong team to create better design works for the Chinese people on the faith of “Design Changes the Future”....
